Hannah's group program helps inspire and create awareness at colleges, universities, and community hospitals.  Her powerful topics include self-acceptance, peace with food, weight management, loving movement, and overcoming emotional eating.

By working from the "inside out" and using mind-body principles, you build the inner strength needed to change unhealthy eating patterns, create balance in your diet and consistency in exercise.

Step by step, you come to understand why you overeat and discover the power within yourself to break free from emotional eating. You begin to eat healthfully and experience food as nourishing and pleasurable.
