"I
am a recovering anorexic and bulimic, and have worked with Hannah for
around 8 months now. She is a person
I can talk to. It is nice to know that I have some one who knows
about eating disorders, and is able to help. She is like the perfect
person for me to talk to because of her "what can I do to
help you" attitude. About 1 month ago I realized that I was losing
weight once again, and not eating enough (the beginning to an anorexic
relapse). I asked Hannah to help me before I went out of control."

went to her because I knew she had the knowledge to show me how to eat
what my body needed. She even took me to the gym
and showed me the right way to exercise. Now I am back to eating when I
am hungry, and stopping when my body says stop (not when my mind say
stop). Without Hannah I think I would have lost too much weight and
be back into my eating disorder."

"Knowing
the extreme ways that food, and exercise affect a life I find that I am
most happy when every thing in balance. Things are not balanced when on
a diet, or when the body does not weigh what it should. Hannah was
able to give great ways to show me how to even things out. It turns out
when I am able to eat the right way and exercise I have more energy,
more focus, and a better life. It seems like our culture needs help
with that. Just look at the TV. Commercial.... one second there is a
fast food adds, and the other there is a diet pill telling us to "lose
pounds fast". Truly there is only 1 thing that works and that's good
life style choices. Hannah helped me figure out what choices are right
for my body, and essentially my mind, she will be able to do the same
